TEMPKOLD

TEMPKOLD serves as our engineering brand for end-to-end cold chain solutions. This includes the design, supply, and commissioning of refrigeration systems for food storage, pharmaceutical logistics, horticulture, dairy, and marine products. Our offerings range from ammonia- and CO₂-based industrial systems to modular cold rooms and banana ripening chambers. These systems are built in compliance with U.S. energy codes and food-grade material standards, supporting national priorities in food security and disaster preparedness.

We offer both standard and custom-engineered condensing units featuring high-efficiency compressors (Dorin, Bitzer, Emerson), smart defrost systems, and IoT-ready controls. TEMPKOLD’s turnkey approach covers civil construction, PU panel fabrication, MEP installation, remote monitoring, and long-term service contracts.

D’VIGA

D’VIGA focuses on delivering next-generation agro-processing infrastructure for the United States’ rapidly evolving food and grain economy. With supply chain disruptions, increased demand for domestic food processing, and USDA compliance requirements, American agriculture needs scalable, hygienic, and automated plants.

D’VIGA’s design focus is on sanitary layout, touchless handling, traceability through smart SCADA/PLC systems, and material compatibility with food safety certifications. All our systems are made to USDA/FDA-compliant standards and are designed for low energy consumption, minimum downtime, and scalable growth.

 

D’VIGA not only delivers machines — we provide entire value-chain transformation from farm gate to finished package. This aligns with U.S. goals to reshore food manufacturing, reduce imports, and enhance rural employment through agro-industrialization.

XHouze

XHouze is our response to the U.S. housing and infrastructure gap. We design and manufacture pre-engineered modular buildings using durable steel structures, insulated sandwich panels, and plug-and-play utility systems. These structures are used in:

  • Workforce accommodation
  • Emergency relief and FEMA-type shelters
  • Urban micro-homes and tiny housing projects

Our modules are factory-built for quality assurance, rapid assembly, and cost efficiency. They include options for solar integration, smart lighting, HVAC-ready design, and ADA compliance. XHouze homes are ideal for city governments, NGOs, state housing authorities, and private developers seeking to deliver safe and fast housing at scale.
